All Parents/Guardians and Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are cordially invited to Join us for our AGM and BBQ!

It's that time again when it's your chance to find out more about your Scout Group, to see & hear the highlights from the Beaver, Cub and Scout sections and to offer your ideas and suggestions to the Executive Committee. Last year we saw Scout Leader Bryan dressed in swimming goggles, swimming trunks, rucksack, sleeping bag and a frying pan amongst other things. What will happen this year?
As last year's AGM format was so successful, we will again be will be firing up the BBQ after the AGM meeting, so please bring along your ‘supper’ (eg. burgers, sausages, buns and something to drink) and join the Scout Leaders for a relaxing hour or so. If you could bring along a little extra to feed your Scout Leaders that would be a great way of saying thank you to them. (I know they’re also rather partial to ‘Cadbury Heroes’)
The Executive Committee who oversee the Scout Group would like to hear from more of our parents. We value your input and have created the opportunity for Parent/Supporter positions on the Exec Committee. We already have two parents whose children attend Scouts and would like more representatives from both Cub and Beaver parents. The Executive Committee has just three evening meetings per year, so please give this some consideration and if you would like to volunteer contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or catch up with me at the AGM.
