About Us

A Short History

1st Easthampstead (St Michael’s) Scout Group was originally formed in 1910, and although it closed for a few years during and after the 2nd World War, it is one of the oldest Groups in Scouting. We wear lemon neckerchiefs with a distinctive ‘Centurion’ logo on the back. This logo links us to the nearby Roman Fort of ‘Caesars Camp’
